Return and exchange policy

5. e) We entertain the customer exchange query only if notified within 24 hours of receiving the order.
6. f) Our customer service department will promptly respond to a customer query within 48 hours of receiving the email.
7. g) The product can be exchanged with another requested product if it will be available in our stock.
8. h) We guarantee the quality of our product. Our quality control department will ensure quality of the product before dispatching to our customer.
