Our support services team will ensure that the order details are found correct and a prompt delivery service is provided to you.
Our order and delivery policy are as below:
- We process your order within 24 hours once the order is duly confirmed. After your order is received, our operations team will contact you to confirm the accuracy of the details provided.
- Order timelines depend on the complexity of each product. Our pret wear can take up to 2+ weeks, formals and luxury pret can take up to 4-6+ weeks and bridal can take up to 10+ weeks.
- After placing an order, you will receive a verification code or a call from our customer services department to ensure the order accuracy.
- Delivery time:
- Pakistan: Estimated delivery time will be within 2 to 3 working days, after order completion.
- International: Estimated delivery time will be within 5 to 7 working days, after order completion.
- Shipping and delivery charges (local or international) charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment. Custom duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by you (the customer) at the time of delivery.

- Your order might be delayed due to Pandemic restrictions, flight delay, bad weather, etc. However, our operations team will ensure that prompt customer service is provided to you.
- We accept Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit card payment(s). The order processing can take upto a minimum of 2 business working days, depending on the accuracy of the details provided.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if the required details and contact information are not correctly provided by the customer.
- We cannot be held liable for Late Delivery/Collection by Third Party, Postal/Online Delivery by the courier companies.
